Furthermore, we already have the required Share Price ($2) to do an Uplist. It would be a pointless venture. I doubt Nasdaq would allow a company to get around the other financial requirements merely by doing a reverse split to be above $4. Even on the day we bottomed, we closed above $2. So, in order to Uplist, all we have to do now is meet the financial requirements. We already have the required share price. A reverse split is not only not necessary, but it shows lack of faith in the company's share price.
