GJ..also MM's can SHORT Stocks & PAY NO FEES to short them at any PPS level, so the 2.50 per share does'nt apply to them but does to us retail traders since they are MM's they also can play with the BID/ASK watch the Volume and other tactics to scare or hype the stock, also they have access to higher than Level 2 which us normal retail investors don't have access to view.
So for the thousandh time stating that NSS is not seen or does'nt exist in Pinky/OTC land is pure BS
So why did this case brought to Florida again ? hmmm like i said very interesting, yes the alleged crime took place but also there is more to the story and more that are involved ... Bob's attorney "David M. Garvin, P.A" that is specialized in "WHITE COLLAR Crimes" this story has only started and will get interesting ... "THE HEAT IS ON"
also TDA's Chill, lying to their clients and trying to make extra money with the exagerated fee's if one would sell it's position, wonder why they are on their CHILL List long before ?
