I share your concern a bit about NGIO shares maintaining their value if the investment community isn't bought in. However, if ~20% of shares are successfully marketed thru the IPO, there will be ample cash in the bank regardless of the medium-term share support.
That cash would presumably be able to help GNBT/NGIO get thru the next year or so as GNBT gets the business units spun back into motion and NGIO proceeds with AE37 testing, etc.
In the meantime, if NGIO keeps the SP even as low as $1.00, it would not get booted from the Naz.
But first, let's see what the interest level is... and get it listed ASAP...
