I think you were right the first time. In a previous conference call Dr Kelly said the reason the LH protocol was taking so long was they were trying to design it to include other post viral diseases. The speculation is that Leronlimab may help many post viral diseases and Dr. Kelly listed just a few.

What I don’t understand is if they are included in the phase 2 long hauler trial or are additional phase 2 trials running simultaneously or just using the same trial information? It wasn’t totally clear to me. Maybe someone more tuned into the trial designs like Borel Field can chime in and clear the projected trial protocol up for all of us.
