This is distribution at higher price points. Should mean $BCAP has accumulated a few new shareholders over the past week or so 
RSI already cooled significantly from 86 to 61. A couple more days like this and RSI will be in the 40's with the share price @ $0.0006 x $0.0007.
Now only 600k shares @ $0.0006 = $360
Then its $0.0007 again.
