In the new proactive video Nader seems to intimate a new source of cash.
Looking at financing deals prior to 9/30 and any warrant conversions vs. burn rate I can't see there being $30 million on hand.
The most likely deal that I can envision that would add to the bottom line would be distribution with some cash up front.
