GE was the most successful company for developing top managers in 70s and 80s. The would credit managers that did deep mistakes. Having the mentality that they will now learn from their mistakes.
What happened was that all top exec's were hired by others as leaders.
Based on that analogy, Nader is getting there and any other executives need to burn hundreds on million dollars to get to his level of experience and expertise.
Nader is the right person and the only right person in the job now.
Nothing that GE eventually lost all their great exec's to take top positions on many Fortune companies.
If Nader is not here, he will be snapped for a top exec role soon after.
We should appreciate him gaining experience on our dollars, and do anything not to lose him..He is now more experienced than he was a month ago. Six months ago a year ago ....
