"it's time major shareholders start to entertain the thought of some checks and balances"--we ALL had that chance just a couple months ago. NP was voted "in". Exec comp expanded with evergreen shares was voted "in".
As far as the discussion of "new" business owner NP has been here 10+ years. Very few "new" business owners get 1$ million/yr salary AND millions of shares of stock.
