Honestly it’s about whether the whole job gets done...don’t care if it takes 2 hours a day or 24 (he’s not getting paid by the hour) and you’ve got to start somewhere doesn’t cut it in this kind of position. What problem would you have with a minority appointed overseer? Where’s the harm unless there is something to hide? It’s time major shareholders start to entertain the thought of some checks and balances. Enough said.
