If it is not a typo, Fife at Illiad had to sign the deal also. Generally the lender is not just trying to get a sweet deal, they also want to have some feeling that they will get paid back. Cytodyn needed the money for something now, and to make a deal that involved paying it back so quickly would need a good explanation to the lender as to why and how. Fife makes nothing if Cytodyn can't pay it back, it is in Fife's best interest to know Cytodyn can pay it back and i don't think Nader's optimism would be enough on its own. I kind of have a hard time seeing how it could be a typo because it was likely a copy/past from the actual contract? maybe a correction will be posted from Cytodyn?
