Number of institutions and share count on jax's screen shot is wrong and it's a lot higher. Most sites don't pull all the 13Fs and has a lot to do with how they search. It's so hard to find a site that is correct and it's not consistent so I end up looking them up on the SEC website.
Also remember, institutions that manage less them $100M don't have to report and most don't. II would bet there are quite a few institutions that hold Verb that don't have to report.
As an example of what I just said. Here are 3 sites and notice they are all inconsistent.

AWM Investment Co., Inc. is on two of them but not on the 3rd. One of the two doesn't show the latest 13F and showing the one from last quarter. Only when you look it up on the sec site, you know what they own.
Now you have to ask... Why would AWM Investment Co., buy 1M+ shares in Q3?
