Respectfully disagree. Some military use of EPL has been confirmed. You yourself brought to our attention the CROMTEC joint Army/Air Force phase two SBIR. You also pointed out the effective date of over a year ago (August). I have no idea just when our defensive software was delivered or how much was. Nobody on this message board does. All I know is that a contract for millions of dollars to provide it exists. That contract has had to march in place due to continuing resolutions (CRs). However, the contracting officer had to have some funding available to obligate towards the initial order of software packages to be beta tested. DoD has a policy of "try before buy". Sometimes a new item has to be beta tested year round in various applications and conditions before a large purchase is made. That year is now up as you correctly pointed out and we have almost had a full business cycle after August this year (90 days net) for our vendor to pay us. You'll recall Mark mentioned our USAF involvement in a response to a SH on this message board. So we should see something about it Thursday IMHO.
