In the Amended “Offering Statement” filed November 12, they COULD have changed the offering price upward, to something that would not have hurt us so badly — JUST AS THEY TWICE ADJUSTED IT DOWNWARD, THEY COULD HAVE ADJUSTED IT UPWARD TO REFLECT A RATIONAL AVERAGE OF THE PAST 3-4 WEEKS’ CLOSING PRICES.
