For a short PR it sure says a lot. It tells me
1. RB Capital sees PCTL's business model as growing beyond Covid
2. The floor of .15 tells me RB is anticipating a higher SP than .15 by the end of
the loan term (6mo's)
3. The company has been able to pay down debt at the same time as maintaining
/increasing manufacturing.
4 Current systems waiting to be shipped and additional systems in the pipeline.
5 2021 10 Million revenue guidance looks pretty good right now
