Looks like Joe is responsible for several poor deals and and an increase of approx 50M shares to clean up litigation, note conversions, unforeseen dividends and a few more items.. Unfortunately we have reached approx 110M shares. Maybe Joe would better function on the Board to share ideas but not in a position to control two companies and sign future deals. Any company considering dealing with GNBT/NGIO and complete due diligence must raise concerns based on past struggles and dilution.............
