There are four standards in total..
(1) Earnings...vacate that...for the moment
(2) Capitalization with cash flow ??? possibility
(3) Capitalization with revenue... vacate that..for the moment
(4) Assets with equity...debatable at this time..not determinable at this time.
Companies can eliminate the cash flow and revenue requirements and decrease it's marketing capitalization requirements to $160 Million (not likely) if total assets at least $80 Million and stockholders equity is at least $55 Million...
The regular bid price at the time of the Up listing must be $4.00 or more and there must be at least (3) market makers, HOWEVER.....A company may qualify under a closing price of $3.00 or $2.00..... IF, the company meets varying requirements.
Can anyone posit/venture what those varying requirements might look like????...homework assignment for the shut ins.
