JLang, you know you have to learn to stop beating around the bushes dude and get right to the point LOL! Unfortunately, some people need a little slap of reality, and yes, you provide that. They may not appreciate it at the time, or never for some, but the mature person will wake up and smell the roses and maybe realize there is not a script to running a newish company of this caliber and with what they have to bring to the fight and with the world is dealing with now.
