Looks like maybe it's supposed to be International Equities Corp, Ltd, per this article.

Not that this is any better or more relevant! But a least I found a website for them and they look substantial (if not obviously relevant).

Health care not listed anywhere in their mission. But at least it's not the small residential real estate firm I found under the first name that was given. Maybe they have hotels around AU that they manage and therefore have logistics throughout the country? I know it's a stretch...
