I totally understand and agree finishsuper as it seems many of us are multi-tasking all the time... more than full schedule here as I've been a journalist and do some freelance work now but also own real estate rental properties in NY (keeps me very busy) and involved with my homeowners' association, especially during snow storms (just had three feet here in Connecticut).

In any case, I prefer talking on phone and try to do so as much as I can... the email are also out when I have time...
