and i get that. my point was the poster implied he was delivering DD Proof (BIG) at 10am sharp.
when someone says a time it is UNIVERSAL and not implied to mean,...hey, meet me at such and such on Romanian time, or Spanish time,...and like i said it was not suggested that the DD Proof was coming from the company (at least not by me and so why i asked) thanks
