Not sure myself finishsuper what's happening there but if you want to speak with a gregarious and seemingly candid gentleman, I'd recommend calling Jay Hines.

When you get hold of Mr. Hines, you may want to share your concerns with him... I think he'll be one to follow through and is in touch with Chavis and Boyd regularly.
