He didn't get the IP, but it really isn't as simple as that. You are leaping to conclusions that he is the bagholder.
Let's just hope the damn trial succeeds and we all win. Rest assured that Fife is not a fool. Nor is he an angel, as he has been sanctioned in the past and is being investigated again. But, he is not a fool, nor is he inexperienced.
Much of the information you seek is pretty deep in several SEC filings (10-k and 10-Q). You can do you own digging.
