IMO, NP should’ve completed public offering of stock in the $4-7 range and netted $100 million or so. Yes, that would’ve diluted stock holders, but if you read the quarterly and yearly reports, CYDY is paying a good portion of the interest of the Fife notes with shares, not cash. So either way shares are diluted, but the Fife deals are costing much more.
