Really surprised we don't have the addendum deal f

Really surprised we don't have the addendum deal for Bintai in Australia and New Zealand. That should have been quick and easy to do. Unless Bintai doesn't have the money to seal the deal yet. Afterall, weren't they raising money somewhere?
