Yes I agree it is frustrating and share your views..Bottom line there needs to be some demand to buy this stock .. hopefully solid news will drive .. for the past one Hr there is absolutely no trade and nobody is willing to swap up shares at .20 .. unless that demand is created this will stay where it is .. and can be easily manipulated..
