So am I to understand the MAB from Lilly was once

So am I to understand the MAB from Lilly was once halted and then is issued an EUA for M/M that purportedly reduces potential hospitalizations, (with side effects?) but you need to go to the hospital to receive a 60-65 min IV? Am I missing something here?
