The main thread of my argument is that anyone qualified to step into such a complex situation with so many things "in the hopper" would certainly need to be paid, that this person would need a period of time to come up to speed that cannot presently be afforded, and that the scientists are bought in with Joe.
Joe is our captain on both ships at the very least for a while. So we have to see where he is able to take us. If he is able to list NGIO and bring in a massive amount of cash/value, I suspect he would reduce his role in that company and bring in someone who meets the qualifications of running such a company. Then he could go back to his initial project, building the end-to-end medical company thru GNBT, and he could approach it with the proper funding and we can judge him on his performance from there.
