Transport, storage, and administration requirements for RNA vaccines are going to limit its use, as well. It'll be enough for front line workers, and that's fantastic if 90% is confirmed and there are no hyperimmunity issues.
A lot will also depend on price... outside the US, prophylaxis may be too costly/it may make more sense to treat only those 15% that progress to Severe/Critical.
Great news for the US medical establishment. Covid traders might exit, but the PFE move has already happened premarket, and they have a ton of shares outstanding... Any run-up will likely be pretty short lived.
