I and I think many other investors agree with your assessment of Nader in that well written comment. Generally inexperienced, seemingly incompetent.
Maybe Nader's emotions/optimism/pride/ego.....prompt him to make overly optimistic statements and blind him from being more objective.
I am not defending Nader below, I truly am confused or just kind of like Dem vs Republican, don't know what or who to believe.
A few arguments on the other side of the coin include:
FDA approvals in a non-pandemic-atmosphere can take years. So, in a pandemic......????
The FDA BLA application contains 100,000 maybe 200,000 pages?
FDA or DSMC could be subtley or indirectly influenced by power players?
Cytodyn is a tiny company without lobbyists nor respect/trust nor the money to quickly get things done like enrollment of large number of patients into trials?
Regardless of our opinions about Nader, the science of course is still there, there have no negatives (except more "waiting", we've had not rejections, and the working environment at Cytodyn has improved, their potential to make progress and their potential for respect/trust have increased in recent weeks....considering new employees, new members of their advisor board, and a general increase in media awareness/exposure.
