I just meant that I hope the entities can put together gains in a simplistic fashion on Monday. I definitely did not mean any gains would be a deliberate or coordinated effort by all participants. I had just heard the word engineer a few times lately and was trying to use it in a sentence. I have heard it used before also the way I did but if one refers to its dictionary definition you are correct.
