Again you are completely wrong. They can be received three days after the election and the conservative PA Supreme Court ruled that they don’t even have to have a post mark. That is PA law. They are then shrink wrapped and segregated so as not to be mixed with mail in ballots that came in on or before Election Day. Look it up if you don’t believe it. Even if you see it with your eyes you still won’t believe it. LOL
