I own Generex Biotechnology (OTC: GNBT) shares. For the past few months, I noticed that no matter how good GNBT put out its news, the share price always went down. It was especially obvious on November 4, 2020, GNBT announced that it signed a huge contract with the China CDC and other Chinese entities on the cooperative development of the Covid and cancer vaccine. [Note - GNBT has a superior vaccine which provides long term memory, 3 to 10 years of protection], 5 million shares were traded that day...normally, the trading volume is under 500,000 shares a day....so obviously a lot of buying interest. At the end of the day, GNBT's PPS actually was lower than it was opened at. Throughout the day, I noticed that shares were sold at a price for less than bid price and when I put in an order to buy at ask price, some got filled at lower than ask price (this actually happened quite often during the past few months..if I put in a small order to buy at asking price, the order would be filled at a PPS lower than the price I put in, but if I put in a bigger order to buy at asking price, it got filled at the asking price.)
Furthermore, there seem be a rush to push the PPS down that day...which does not make any logical sense...if I were the seller, when good news comes out, and I notice huge buying interest, I would wait and sell at a higher PPS, but not GNBT's sellers on November 4...the sellers kept selling relentlessly and kept pushing the PPS lower and lower and in some instances sold shares at lower than the bid price.
I respectfully ask SEC to investigate this matter. GNBT is a wonderful Biotech company...the management team works tirelessly to bring lifesaving science to humanity, unfortunately certain entities for whatever reason is hurting GNBT and its shareholders by intentionally pushing the PPS down. Your attention to this matter would be great appreciated!
I don't know exactly when and why this started, but whatever is happening to GNBT's PPS makes no sense...my guess is maybe some parties want to get more shares/warrants from GNBT due to some previous agreement with GNBT.
