Just my guess but Gates has been involved with healthcare thru his foundation with his wife for years, especially in under developed countries. I believe he had an initiative to wipe out malaria at one time. He also has been preaching for a few years about a pandemic that we should all worry about and he was right on that note. So he seems to be the most logical pick, IMO
