Re: LocWolf #48710
also ... here is the thing. Ballots had to be mailed, dropped in a vote box or delivered to your clerks office by Nov 3rd. Some States, it had to be received by Nov 3rd. Federal election ballots are US mail and US government Federal records. Those 130k ballots that were just dropped off without going through the mail or a drop box or local clerks office in Detroit or any where else is Mail Fraud, among probably 10-20 other federal charges for anyone associated with them including processors as accessory to the crime. Mail Fraud is 20 years. See where I am going ? Now while bureaucrats can probably stop court appeals for and by political parties. They can't stop a criminal investigation and or the Department of Justice or Postal Service from investigating and seizing all records for mail Fraud and then Federal Election Fraud.

So in short. All election records are Federal property. States can't withhold any of those ballots or records from the Federal Government. Especially if it is a crime scene. AG Barr and The Post Master General are still IT for almost 3 months. You also only have to have reasonable cause a crime was committed in a criminal investigation.

Now in Theory. If a criminal investigation is ongoing you can not certify the vote. If you can't certify the vote. You can not seat the House of Representative 435 seats. You also can't seat the Senate other than those that were not up for re-election. They have to have a quorum to do business. That leaves Trump in Office and the Executive and Judiciary in charge until it is resolved....imho. It could take years.
