We've been hearing about this billionaire since Ju

There are ~788 billionaires in the US.
There are ~2,200 billionaires worldwide.
If leronlimab is approved in the US, I can't imagine why a US billionaire would immediately step in to subsidize the therapy for domestic use when there is already a governmental framework (OWS) tasked with that responsibility.
And there would be no point for a US billionaire to subsidize the therapy for an ex-US country who had deep enough pockets to do it themselves, or whose regulatory authority had not already approved leronlimab -- unless he had enough 'suck' to make that happen in short order.
I think Gates might be the only one on your list who might care enough about 3rd world countries to pay that bill.
But I would tend to think more internationally, like Carlos Slim, who would have likely heard about leronlimab and have a vested interest in securing inventory for his country.
The lack of excitement in Dr.NP's voice seems to suggest the sale will be at a significant discount.
