Share Price Could Be Influenced Upward Tomorrow, Because:
Either FDA requested and has our s/c interium data or
Investors "believe" the FDA has the interim data (when they actually don't)
My bottom line now is that I agree that Nader did not make it clear.
I'd say it is clear that the FDA firewall statistician does possess the data.
But who that? That person "does not" work for the FDA?
Possesses the data, but has not seen the data?
Nader was emphatic that only 1 person has "seen" the data, a DSMC person.
