for what its worth I filed complaint with SEC today. I don't expect much but at least I feel better having done it.
"For the past several months unknown entities have been willfully manipulating the price per share of Generex Biotechnology corporation-gnbt. There has been a concerted and coordinated effort between related parties in an orchestrated agenda with the clear intention of suppressing the price per share of GNBT on the OTC. The pattern of their trades is very easy to detect and is evident after minimal observation and examination. Generex Biotech is a company with great potential to provide significant medical advancements and it is shameful that it is being treated unfairly by unknown parties with such a damaging agenda"
