Ohm: when Nader said "FDA statistician," I inferred from his voice and inflection that he felt he was providing new info. Given that the involvement of the trial "statistician" was readily known as of the last CC, and given Nader's propensity for unintended ambiguity, it strikes me that he may have been breathlessly trying to communicate that some official or entity of the FDA decided to review the unblinded data. I assume the FDA has the authority to do that any time it wishes, and having done so here would also be compatible with OWS having contacted CYDY. Plausible?
