Cytodyn hired Amerex to help file our HIV duel BLA. They were suppose to have experience and specialized in trials and BLA filing. When that didn’t get us over the hump and our BLA filing was not accepted. We had a pre- BLA meeting with the FDA and that we somehow didn’t think we needed before the first attempt.
Did we learn a lesson. Yes we did. We went even further and hired a person with lots of experience in FDA filing of BLA’s just recently. Some Have characterized this amazing Doctor as a hired gun... or maybe that was just me?
Anyway, this little company will have a misstep here and there. If you can’t accept that you might want to invest in a big pharmaceutical company where the dividends are high but the potential growth isn’t much. OR you can take your chances here in CYDY to hit it big on a small little blossoming company who is hiring the right people to fill the positions and experience as we go that we currently lack. My thoughts and choice would be to just hang around a bit and see what happens in the next year... it’s going to be a wild ride and I wouldn’t want to miss it. But you as a doubter... can go try that established big Pharma company... good luck to you!
