(OTC: RHCO), a diversified holding company, announced today that the Company has filed all its current financial statements and disclosure reports with OTC Markets and has now been elevated to "Limited Information" status. RHCO expects to be further elevated to "Current" status with OTC Markets in the coming days.
The new management of RHCO released the following statement, "The Company wishes to thank all of its shareholders for their patience and support during this time and we realize that the completion of our filings with OTC Markets took longer than anticipated.
