"Doing the best they can" without delivering time and time again, means NOTHING to me. I could be your death row attorney and "do the best I can" but it doesn't mean I am the person you want doing the job, no matter how hard I try. Awww...it's hard? Boo hoo. Come on.
The share price is up in the last year having LITTLE to do with management actually successfully executing on what it promised. No BLA, no partnerships, no bigtime financing, no uplisting, no revenue in 2020...
