Another positive I see of the recent insiders and board members buying on the open market is that likely means CYDY has not nor has near term plans of previous small RDO raises. Many (myself included) believe they need additional cash now or soon, so this is a sign that they have other ways to obtain cash....where it comes from and at what terms is still TBD, but seems they have other options and/or trying to avoid triggering lower conversion rate on the Fife note. All are positive signs in my book.
