But question which lingers in my mind why not allow it to run up and then sell. One logical reason is the amount of shares they have to sell will make the stock drop like a rock if they start selling at higher prices and they also do not want to compete with other investors who will join them to take some profit taking. All in all this is a very calculated selling to keep the price stable in a range and still sell their shares without the encouraging others to book profit ( IMHO). Now how many shares they have? is it the 14 million Joe mentioned in CC or is it way more and whether we have means to find it is something way above myknowledge
