to answer those who come here with questions of absolutes and deadlines.
A dark company does not have to cater to any investors requests. It is none reporting for a reason. not required to report anything material or not.
When an investor asks a ceo "when" will this take place etc. and the ceo reluctantly answers and the material event doesn't materialize as stated. The investor gets upset. claiming they were mislead or lied too. This is why ceos don't like stating what is developing. Because.., although they hope to get things done in a timely manner more often then not things get delayed.
When a ceo chooses to stay dark and not state anything in public or over phone conversation. They are accused of withholding information from shareholders or sharing insider information.
Neither is fair.
Dr. Daltion has done as much as possible within legal rights privy to him to disclose to shareholders through social media which is considered legal statement and accountable by the SEC. That makes the ceo responsible to shareholders and SEC. Therefore, he cannot lie and is not fraudulent.
Those who believe need little evidence to support the truth.
Those who disbelieve will never receive enough to not doubt.
So...which one are you?
