(“ IBC ” or the “ Company ”) ( TSX-V: IB; OTCQB: IAALF ) announces that, pursuant to its stock option plan, it has granted incentive stock options to its officers, employees, and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate of 920,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company, exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant at a price of C$0.15 per share. The options vest as follows: 25% vests immediately; 25% will vest on the first anniversary date of the grant; 25% will vest on the second anniversary date of the grant; and 25% will vest on the third anniversary of the date of the grant.
