IPIX cliff notes post and i suspect some eyes may still glaze over (forewarned)

please note there are many moving parts when it comes to OTC targets

*retail* controls only one aspect .. whether they buy/sell or hold their IPIX shares

NR (non retail) on the other hand has multiple *go to* options
no where was this more obvious than NRs' *effort* (and set up)
of IPX in the last 4 months of 2018 .. a two-fer was accomplished
by NR .. volume injection and a relentless compression of the PPS
to get actual investors to sell (trolls' efforts via SMBs .. tax loss
selling *posts* aligned with PPS brutalization .. 53c to 7c .. 9/2018 - 12/2018)

so volume injection of 55M in last 4 months of 2018
a tightly controlled PPS in the first 4 months of 2019
a *volume negation* in May 2019 (23M~/44c) to *counter* an 8k filed in July 2019 .. take up to approx 44c (May 2019)
NRs' continued efforts of 2019/2020 .. volume injection/relentless PPS compression .. 52 week low reset to 5c 11/2019 b4 C-19 and 2020 ..

IPIX
52-Week High
06/23/2020 0.65
52-Week Low
01/03/2020 0.05
Price Performance (Last 52 Weeks)
10/30/2020 +113.95%
Volume 3,043,127
Volume (10 day Average) 864,519
Volume (90 day Average) 1,969,863
Market Capitalization $74.28M
Shares Outstanding 347,186,000

an upside down NR has options (imo those options get reduced the longer a target remains alive and retains investors) .. most of which comprise of doing whatever can be done to actually get A .. actual investors to part way with their *shares* and B .. crippling *target/company* via PPS and targets' ability to execute

end goal when *significantly* upside down is to kill off the target

a *target/company* that has a totally compromised PPS has *reduced options* available .. and more than a few fed up/exhausted investors

and then came C-19 and 2020

the last thing NR wants is an *aware* mgmt or retail investor
which is why NRs' *efforts* (SMBs) almost always focus on *PPS*

aware entities noting pattern change outs .. can up end *various* efforts

as i noted to another long earlier today
NR can almost always inject volume at any time (2018/2019/2020) ..
so what i watch for is 10/90 vol avgs because the 90 day avg is far harder to manipulate than 10 day

i've been doing these DRS posts for AlanC .. but i do them every 2 weeks
vs daily because it's far easier to see/show *changes* as they are *reported* over time

here was what i first noted .. you see high DRS%s marked .. on less *volume*
that was 4 days in Sept starting on the 9th .. i have a saying (courtesy of an old boss of mine) .. that one day a pattern doesn't make .. but it can intrigue me

Sep 14 NA NA NA 568,409 299,316 52.66%
Sep 11 NA NA NA 572,086 344,622 60.24%
Sep 10 NA NA NA 472,282 269,628 57.09%
Sep 09 NA NA NA 436,695 320,996 73.51%

what the above 4 days' data showed me .. was legit buying .. little to no
selling/dilution and an NR *forced* to mark *high* % wise

that brings me to A ..

Sep 24	NA	NA	NA	1,119,577	253,095 22.61% A

A denotes *volume* of 1.1M~ .. but a significantly lowered DRS% *marked*

could be a fluke .. or not .. *usually but not always* .. imo .. a lowered DRS%
can indicate a seller of significance or dilution .. however due to NRs' *efforts*
over the last 6 years against all aspects IPIX/CTIX .. it could also be *shares*
were sourced from CEs (brokerage firms aka colluding entities who will loan
out for a fee *shares* for an hour/day) which is why i look to see what the next
day (T+2) *shows*

Sep 25	NA	NA	NA	1,986,343	760,038 38.26%

the 25th of September has almost 2M in *volume* and DRS% of 38%
but you start to see a new pattern .. IPIX now has a mix (starting earlier in the month) of *volume* days sub 1M and plus 1M (again this will impact 90 day avg)

which brings me to B

Oct 12 NA NA NA 578,288 234,444 40.54% B

from October 12th until yesterday .. IPIX has daily *volume* of sub 1M~

note when NR is *forced* to show volume .. due to company's news or filings ..
as can be seen on October 2nd and the following 5 days' trading data (volume)
and DRS%s (all @ plus 50%) .. a cynic like me might think it took 5 days
for an upside down entity or 2 .. or even perhaps 3 .. to *work thru* overhang
at a cost

Oct 09 NA NA NA 1,025,799 709,519 69.17%
Oct 08 NA NA NA 1,174,666 760,322 64.73%
Oct 07 NA NA NA 1,055,749 688,727 65.24%
Oct 06 NA NA NA 1,208,894 657,712 54.41%
Oct 05 NA NA NA 1,468,476 977,793 66.59%
Oct 02 NA NA NA 6,245,126 3,662,097 58.64%% *****

which leads to C ..

Oct 21	NA	NA	NA	713,910 156,356 21.90% C

C is intriguing because for the second time (first was A .. 9/24/2018) in months
.. NR reports DRS%s @ sub 22% .. almost an identical %) .. but unlike the 24th .. on far less *volume* .. which has been in play since 10.12.20

Sep 24	NA	NA	NA	1,119,577	253,095 22.61% A

on to D ..

again the cynic in me *CANT* miss the mirrored volume
on 10.21.20 and 10.22.20 (713k/714k and the 22% to 44%) .. and then on 10.23.20 and 10.27.20 (520k/412k and 41%/24%) .. it may well be a *coincidence* .. equally probable it is anything but

Oct 27 NA NA NA 412,936 98,758 23.92% D
Oct 23 NA NA NA 520,290 213,691 41.07%
Oct 22 NA NA NA 714,079 317,431 44.45%
Oct 21 NA NA NA 713,910 156,356 21.90% C

which leads us to E ..

Oct 29 NA NA NA 308,501 61,201 19.84% E
Oct 28 NA NA NA 681,887 236,825 34.73%
Oct 27 NA NA NA 412,936 98,758 23.92% D

so here is the issue i have re: A-E but particularly C/D/E

for months and months .. NR .. via DRS%s has had to *show* an increase
(regardless of *volume*) re: %s .. 50s/60s/70s were the norm ..

then in the last 7 trading days .. with 6 of those 7 days @ sub 1M *volume*
NR *marks* DRS%s for 3 days @ sub 25% .. that is a pattern change out
but imo it's not the first clue .. 9.24.20 was .. and *imo* it is entirely possible
that 9.24.20 was a direct result of what Innovation Pharma PR/d on 9.15.20
and the *volume* NR had to *work thru* the following week

Sep 24 NA NA NA 1,119,577 253,095 22.61% A
Sep 23 NA NA NA 1,396,982 710,712 50.87%
Sep 22 NA NA NA 1,215,571 595,465 48.99%
Sep 21 NA NA NA 773,866 299,446 38.69%
Sep 18 NA NA NA 1,031,043 447,658 43.42%
Sep 17 NA NA NA 1,078,135 663,697 61.56%
Sep 16 NA NA NA 2,788,722 1,268,722 45.49%

Sep 15 NA NA NA 12,948,414 5,507,122 42.53% ****

it's pretty clear that NR has *held* IPIX re: PPS .. since *last take up* in June 2020 (that effort took until mid July to reset) .. but @ a cost (DRS%s)

and not surprisingly .. that *effort* .. .. impacted IPIX's *legal shorts* reported by NR
(what a racket)

way back when .. when NR had IPIX/CTIX as a *trading* stock .. NRs' *go to*
for *legal* short reporting (totally farcical re: OTC but i digress) ranged between
800k to 850k (all the CEs aka colluding entities playing the profitable game of wink wink nod nod) ..

of course back then .. the company's I/O was 200M~ (give or take) and NRs' *abusive* (not legal short) short was a hell of a lot less than it is today .. NR is between a rock and a hard place *imo* .. especially if there is another entity in IPIX's *mix*
