Right, you are absolutely on the mark, MuscleShoals,
and saying what needs to be said. Of all the
authentic historic shareholders – especially because
you have moderated this board for years and know
exactly what should have happened and what actually
transpired – you are the one who knows most and in
the greatest depth and detail.

All shareholders should think of this issue in terms of the
spirit and letter of the legal concept of 'custodianship', So far
both have been violated by a series of self-centered acts by
the current 'custodian' that have turned out to be the precise
opposite of that role, and its necessary commitment to the
future of the company and its shareholders. I look forward
to seeing shareholders – both long-standing ones and recent
ones – step forward and speak out. Only that will restore this
board to its proper function, rather than missing a great opportu-
nity by staying silent when faced by a total reversal of the
whole principle of custodianship as a legally binding duty.
