What makes the SI of 429 so doubly important is that I believe it only shows the proclivity for a drug to succeed in a human trial based on efficacy.
I say this as there were no tests run in the lab to show possible negative side effects.
But with Brilacidin and its history to date in other trials, we know that its safety profile is rock solid. This is part of the TOTAL PACKAGE by which I described Brilacidin a day or two ago.
Anybody else notice one of the stated benefits for Brilacidin was the low cost of manufacture? It was stated in the 32 page PDF of the pre-review.
So that now means high efficacy (due to SI of 429) expected CHECK
Safety profile (due to past trial history) CHECK
Low relative cost of manufacturing (per pre-peer article) CHECK
Looks to me that we have CHECKMATE on CV19!!!
