Yes but at least based on that metric, we can see that management is not just paying themselves as much as they possibly can. That is, assuming the Board of Directors would approve it if they did want to be paid more. I find it fair that the salaries are staying at $175,000 at least because as you have said, we clearly as shareholders are footing the bill.
