Did NP offer first dibs on LL? Did he offer a better price? He said on a CC that a foundation would have to make it available to other countries that could not afford it.
I am not at all surprised that having 350 combo data ready 2 years ago, NP did not apply to U.K or other countries until now because meds are 30-40% less there. He wants the whole enchilada. It does seem more logical though to have applied before instead of doing Iliad deals. Just my opinion
